Another wonderful tool that I recently came across in my Technology in Education classroom is
ToonDoo. ToonDoo is a comic creator tool from Jambav site which is devoted to creating a unique array of free and customization online games of educational value for children of all abilities and very useful in a language classroom. With its drag and drop options and user-friendly interface, you can create colourful comics in the fastest way possible. There are six panels available to create comics and once the comic is created one can share the link on all social media as well as embed in their websites or other learning platforms.

Students can use this tool to express themselves. And teachers can create comics according to the need of the topics they are teaching in the classroom. It can also be used for direct and indirect speech in English Language Teaching. Similarly, it is a vital tool to enhance vocabulary in an ESL Classroom. The colourful comic images support the text and give students significant contextual clues to word meanings. It can also be used in making of prompts for writing descriptive essays and stories. Science and Maths teachers can use in their classrooms and so can other subject teachers. The colourful illustrations attract young children and enhance creativity among students of all ages including university students. A study was conducted of how ToonDoo comics impacted the University students and how it impacts teachers in writing, planning, developing ideas, supporting details, reflecting and coming up with creative ideas.

ToonDoo encourages Collaborative learning among learners and encourages visual literacy as the
meaning-making that occurs through the reading, viewing, understanding, responding to and producing and interacting with multimedia and digital texts. It gives students opportunities to learn valuable interpersonal and teamwork skills and dispositions by participating in task-oriented learning groups.

"The uses of ToonDoo allows students to make use of vocabulary more productively and to make use of the time spend in class more collaboratively effective,” Stocker.
With entertainment, ToonDoo offers student-centred learning and creates an atmosphere in the
classroom for students to express themselves and allows the integration of Technology in a classroom.

Hence, for now, it's my favourite tool to express and create lessons for my online and offline students. I really had a good time working on its user-friendly interface. It was practically all easy drag and drop.

I personally recommend all teachers to use this tool in their classrooms to encourage student learning
engagement, and to give students a chance and a sense to express themselves, learn vocabulary,
express their understanding of a topic or an idea through pictures and to release their creativity by
creating awesome comics to illustrate their learning and experience.
